It means exactly what it says — there is no cap on service calls, no limit on parts or materials, and no ceiling on labor hours. If your property needs it and it falls within covered categories, we handle it. Period. Your monthly rate is your only cost.
Pricing is based on your property's square footage, property type (Homeowner, LTR, or STR), and plan level (Standard or Unlimited). Standard plans use a fixed tier structure. Unlimited plans are priced at 15% of average monthly rent or STR revenue. Properties over 7,000 sq ft receive custom Unlimited pricing. Use our calculator to see your exact rate.
After your initial property inspection, there is a mandatory 30-day waiting period before coverage activates. This protects the integrity of the program by ensuring we're not covering pre-existing issues. Think of it like the waiting period on an insurance policy — it keeps costs fair for everyone. We may however, opt to wave this condition under certain instances, such as for an active promotion or campaign. (which will be in made clear in writing ahead of time)
Yes. Annual billing saves you 10% compared to monthly billing. For example, an LTR Unlimited Tier 1 plan drops from $360/mo ($4,320/yr) to $324/mo ($3,888/yr) — saving you $432 annually.
Unlimited subscribers receive priority emergency response. We aim to have a technician on-site within the hour for actual emergencies (active leaks, HVAC failures, electrical hazards). Standard, or 'Non-emergency' requests are scheduled within 24–48 hours or less.
Perfectly. Many of our subscribers manage Charleston properties remotely. You'll receive monthly reports with photos, cost documentation, and condition updates. Submit service requests online or by phone anytime. We coordinate everything — you never need to be on-site.

Absolutely. Contact your account manager or our sales team to upgrade at any time. Your new rate takes effect at your next billing cycle. A new property inspection may be required.

We process all payments through Square. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. When you sign up, you'll review and accept the service agreement and authorize recurring billing through our secure Square checkout.

Billing Authorization

By completing enrollment, I authorize Assurity Home Maintenance LLC to charge the selected payment method on a recurring monthly or annual basis. I acknowledge I have read and agree to the Service Agreement including Exhibit B, and understand coverage is subject to a mandatory 30-day waiting period following the initial property inspection. This subscription renews automatically unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal.
